How Long does it Take To Completion?

We expect to have your instructions all ready for signing in 7 - 8  days.  This is because the law allows you 7 days in which to change your mind.

You may waive that right if there are special circumstances, for example you're off on holiday next week and want the Will completed before you go.  We can provide an express service (either a 3-day service or 'guaranteed by due date' service) for a small fee.

We also offer a next day service, sometimes considered a 'death bed' service, provided the instruction is received prior to noon on a normal working day.
